On January 3rd of this year, new precision grinding and polishing brushes supplied to leading domestic new energy vehicle companies were put into use on their production lines .

The introduction of flexible and controllable spacecraft surface treatment brushes fills the gap in high-precision polishing tools for low-altitude aircraft in China; Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing precision grinding and polishing brushes double polishing efficiency with a yield rate of 99.96%; and 1mm diameter antibacterial and temperature-resistant biomedical brushes meet the high cleanliness standards for medical devices. Millimeter-level manufacturing precision and the independently developed “intelligent brush” technology system support Aoqun in leading the intelligent manufacturing upgrade track.

Currently, Aoqun has a 100,000-level cleanroom, 18 automated production lines, and more than 100 advanced high-precision brush manufacturing equipment , which can meet the large-volume customization needs of global customers and provide one-stop brush solutions for more than 30 high-end manufacturing fields such as automobiles, biomedicine, new energy and environmental protection, military aviation, and rail transportation.

With the deepening of the “Belt and Road” cooperation, Aoqun products have been deeply involved in emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
